About A Dash of Adventures

I'm Lexie, an adventure enthusiast, entrepreneur, and a former pastry chef. I live just outside of New Ulm, Minnesota, with my partner in crime, Chris. Together, we've embarked on this journey to share our adventures and entrepreneurial experiences with you.

Our Story

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, I started my career as an in-house baker at a restaurant. However, life took an exciting turn, and I now work at a Volkswagen dealership while managing the Mankato Volkswagen blog. Despite this career shift, my passion for adventure has only grown stronger.

Chris, my incredible partner, is the true adventurer. His love for camping, rock climbing, kayaking, off-roading, and snowmobiling has brought us closer and pushed me out of my comfort zone. As the more sensible one, I often find myself grounding Chris's wild ideas, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Chris also doubles as our talented photographer and videographer, capturing every thrilling moment.
